Casmara is our recommendation for dry skin, dehydrated skin, and clients who want a genuinely luxurious treatment experience. It is also ideal for sensitive skin that cannot tolerate more aggressive approaches. The algae base is calming, not stripping.

The Casmara treatment at CV Salon is in our Tier A category. It is one of our more premium offerings. The session is longer and requires a trained therapist who knows how to read the skin before mixing the mask formula.

The Skinora range at CV Salon sits in our Tier B category. It is for clients who have been dealing with a skin concern for a while and need something with more targeted action.

How We Decide Which Facial You Need

Our team at CV Salon does not just book whatever the client asks for. Before any facial, we ask:

What is your skin type? Oily, dry, combination, or sensitive?

What is your main concern right now? Acne, pigmentation, ageing, dullness, or dehydration?

Have you had any reactions to treatments before?

Are you pregnant, on medication, or using any prescription skincare at home?

The reason for this is simple. A client with active acne should never get a facial with heavy oils or massage, because it makes acne worse. A client with a weak skin barrier should never get a D-Tan or AHA-based treatment because it strips the barrier further. These mismatches happen all the time when the consultation is skipped.

One Important Rule We Always Follow

But treating pigmentation over active acne inflames the skin and makes both conditions worse. We always address acne first, then move to brightening in the next session.
